Just 100 meters from where I was born, you can find Grounded Roots - the house my grandfather built in the '80s, and a place I have visited my entire life. For me, this is an incredibly special location. Not just because my roots are here, but because this place has always been a sanctuary for me.

In 2019, I found myself stuck in a situation that did not align with who I truly am. I had stayed in a corporate job that drained me because I did not truly know myself. My burnout forced me to pause and explore what truly energises me. Through inspiring courses, retreats, and holistic practices, I reconnected with myself and regained my strength. That journey led me to my mission: to create a place where people can reconnect with themselves, others, and nature.

Grounded Roots is exactly that: a space where you can step away from everyday noise and reconnect with what truly drives you. Whether you are recovering from burnout, navigating a corporate job, running a business, or leading as a CEO, I believe it is essential to connect with your true essence - understanding what matters to you and how you want to express it. No matter where you are in life, it is important to know what truly motivates you and how to channel that in both your personal and professional life.
