Program

We follow a structured yet spacious rhythm that supports deep focus, rest and connection. Each day includes:

• 07:00 – 08:00 Morning practice (yoga, breathwork or walk)

• 08:30 – 09:00 Open breakfast

• 09:00 – 15:00 Deep work blocks (3x 1,5u with breaks & abundant lunch)

• 15:30 – 17:00 Workshop or mastermind

• 17:00 – 18:30 Free time (sauna, swim, rest)

• 18:30 Shared dinner

• Evening Free: quiet, social or reflective — your choice.

It’s a flow that works — for your body, mind and business.

Dirkje will cook the most delicious, nourishing meals for us

— fresh, seasonal, and full of love.

All meals, snacks, and drinks are included.
