Are you looking for the perfect workday in a peaceful, nature-filled environment? On May 7, 2025, we’re launching The Powerhouse – a transformative program designed to bring balance, focus, and well-being to your week.
Imagine a day where you can immerse yourself in deep work, nourish your body, and reconnect with nature, all while being part of a supportive and focused community. The Powerhouse offers you just that – a workday designed to help you achieve your highest productivity, creativity, and focus, without the usual distractions.
Starting at 9:00 AM, you’ll ground yourself and set clear intentions for the day ahead. The program includes focused work sessions, nourishing breaks, nature walks to re-energize, and time for reflection and connection. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, inspired and prepared to take on the rest of your week.
The Powerhouse Program:
09:00 - Ground your roots
Arrive, settle your workspace, and ease into the day. We’ll make you a delicious tea or coffee to start off right.
09:30 - Set intentions for a focused day
Take a moment to set clear intentions and priorities for what you want to accomplish today.
10:00 - Deep, uninterrupted work
Enter a focused work block with zero distractions – deep dive into your tasks.
12:00 - Nourishing lunch to fuel your afternoon
Enjoy a delicious and healthy lunch, freshly prepared to support your energy and focus.
12:45 - Nature walk to refresh your mind and body
We step outside for a walk in nature – proven to boost clarity, focus, and creativity.
13:30 - Re-focus and dive into your work
Return refreshed for a second work sprint – high energy, high impact.
15:00 - Connect with the group for inspiration
Share insights, get inspired, and connect with like-minded people.
16:30 - Reflect on your day’s accomplishments.
Capture what you’ve completed and define the priorities you’re taking forward.
17:00 - Unwind and leave with a sense of fulfillment
Wrap up your day feeling grounded, accomplished, and recharged.
